The planetary vacuum mixer can be applied to the mixing process of varioussolvents and powders, such as the raw material batching process of lithiumion batteries, tape, solar energy, and chemical industries. The equipment isbeautiful in appearance, small size, convenient and easy to use. The speedofthe motor is adjusted in the man-machine interface to drive the bladestorotate and stir the slurry evenly. It is an ideal choice for laboratory slurry preparation.
Main Features (1) The equipment is equipped with dual-shaft planetary ribbonstirringpaddle and single-shaft blade stirring paddle, and different stirringshaft forms and combinations are configured according to the size of the stirringtank;
(2) The design of forward and reverse mixing function canrealizehigh-speed mixing of higher viscosity slurry with good mixing uniformity;
(3) The vacuum environment can effectively eliminate the bubbles generatedduring the mixing process. The machine comes with a vacuumsystem; (4) Multi-stage speed operation is possible, and the stirring speed andtimeof each stage can be set;
(5) The volume of the stirring tank is respectively 50ml, 150ml, 300ml,500ml optional, (can be customized according to requirements);
(6) The bracket design is convenient for operation and ensures the safetyduring the vacuum mixing process;
